Qualifications:

• Active MA BCBA credential required
• Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
• School-based or educational setting exposure a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral analysis services to support K-12 students (caseload TBD)
• Develop, implement, and evaluate behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with school psychologists, teachers, and support staff
• Document progress and support data-driven decisions
