Qualifications:

• Active Michigan School Psychologist license required
• Demonstrated experience as a School Psychologist in school settings preferred
• Sound knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI), IEP processes, and special education law
• Excellent communication, consultative, and organizational skills
• Comfort collaborating in multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments, observations, and evaluations for students PreK-12
• Develop and participate in IEP meetings, helping design appropriate interventions and accommodations
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to develop strategies that promote positive behavioral and academic outcomes
• Support implementation of school-wide mental health and wellness programs
• Maintain timely and accurate records in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
