Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Current, valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Previous experience in a school district or educational environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools, behavioral intervention strategies, and special education processes
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Passion for supporting students of diverse backgrounds and needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough psycho-educational assessments and interpret results to develop actionable recommendations
  • Provide consultation and support to teachers, administrators, and families regarding learning, behavior, and mental health concerns
  • Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 Plans
  • Deliver direct and indirect counseling and crisis intervention as needed
  • Collaborate with educational staff and parents to design effective intervention plans
  • Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
