Key Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents in educational settings
• Familiarity with administering and interpreting psychological and academic assessments
• Strong ability to develop and implement evidence-based interventions
• Excellent communication skills for consulting with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Compassionate, adaptable, and culturally sensitive approach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and functional behavior assessments
• Collaborate in the development and review of IEPs and 504 plans
• Provide consultation and support to teachers regarding classroom strategies
• Deliver direct and indirect services to students, such as counseling and skill-building sessions
• Contribute to crisis intervention, threat assessments, and prevention programs
• Support data-driven decisions related to student learning and behavior
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations

Experience:

• Prior work in school settings or with diverse student populations is strongly preferred.
