Key Qualifications:

• Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid state-issued School Psychologist certification or eligibility to obtain
• Familiarity with IEP development, special education services, and conducting psychoeducational assessments
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with students, families, and staff
• Experience with intervention planning, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration in educational settings
• Ability to work independently as well as in multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs and 504 Plans
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop strategies supporting student success
• Interpret assessment results and report them in clear, actionable language for educational planning
• Deliver staff and parent training on topics such as behavioral management, crisis intervention, or mental health awareness
• Adhere to ethical standards, state, and federal regulations in all services provided
