Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join a school district near Kershaw, SC. This is an excellent opportunity for a school psychologist who enjoys collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
Position Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations
- Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
- Provide individual and group counseling and other school-based interventions
- Develop and implement behavior and academic support strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related-service providers
- Provide consultation and recommendations to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and evaluation reports
- Support students across academic, behavioral, and social-emotional domains
Qualifications
- Master's or specialist-level degree in School Psychology
- Valid South Carolina School Psychologist credential or eligibility for South Carolina licensure
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
