Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain required licensure
• Knowledge of special education laws, policies, and best practices
• Proficiency in administering and interpreting psychological assessments
• Experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and multidisciplinary team processes
• Strong communication abilities for collaboration with teachers, families, and students
• Ability to provide counseling and develop behavior management strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students referred for special services
• Participate in the development and review of IEPs
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and other professionals to support academic and behavioral interventions
• Provide direct counseling and consultation services to students and families
• Contribute to crisis intervention and prevention efforts within the school environment
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation reflecting assessments, interventions, and progress
