What is needed:
- NE BCBA credentials, active and in good standing
- Background as a School Psychologist, with experience in K-12 educational environments
- Strong skills in assessment, behavioral intervention planning, and progress monitoring
- Ability to work with diverse student populations and collaborate effectively with staff and families
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-making
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans for individuals and groups
- Deliver direct student services and counseling, supporting social, emotional, and behavioral goals
- Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design and monitor interventions
- Lead professional development or training sessions on behavioral strategies as needed
- Document services and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Support the creation of safe, inclusive learning environments for all students
