Job Description

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Active Kansas School Psychologist License
  • Experience with elementary-aged students preferred
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to help identify students learning or behavioral needs
  • Provide direct counseling and guidance services to students
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of intervention strategies
  • Support Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) teams with data-driven recommendations
  • Consult with teachers and families to address academic, emotional, or social challenges
  • Contribute to IEP meetings, documentation, and progress reporting
  • Maintain confidential, detailed student records
