Qualifications/Experience:
- Active Kansas School Psychologist License
- Experience with elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to help identify students learning or behavioral needs
- Provide direct counseling and guidance services to students
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of intervention strategies
- Support Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) teams with data-driven recommendations
- Consult with teachers and families to address academic, emotional, or social challenges
- Contribute to IEP meetings, documentation, and progress reporting
- Maintain confidential, detailed student records
