Required Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois School Psychologist credential
- Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Experience or comfort working with K-12 student populations
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
- Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students to inform educational planning
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services to support students social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and 504 plans
- Deliver crisis intervention and consult on behavioral and academic interventions
- Maintain up-to-date, confidential records and participate in meetings as required
