Job Description

Make a meaningful impact as a School Psychologist working with 3rd to 5th grade students on a full-time, onsite contract assignment in a supportive, educational environment. This role offers the chance to collaborate closely with faculty, administrators, and families, using your expertise to foster students academic, emotional, and social growth.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Illinois School Psychologist License required
  • Professional Educator License (PEL)
  • Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-age students
  • Familiarity with psychoeducational assessments, MTSS, and development of IEPs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to promoting inclusive and positive learning environments

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, administer assessments, and provide direct and consultative services for 3rd5th grade students
  • Analyze data, write reports, and contribute to eligibility and IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, families, and administrative staff to support student success
  • Offer guidance and recommendations for academic interventions and behavioral/mental health supports
  • Deliver individual and small-group counseling sessions as needed
  • Assist with crisis intervention and prevention services
  • Follow all school, state, and professional guidelines and maintain accurate records
