Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Previous experience conducting student evaluations, assessments, and individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Strong knowledge of consultation, intervention strategies, and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psycho-educational assessments to evaluate students academic, social, behavioral, and emotional needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and families to develop effective interventions
  • Participate in developing and implementing IEPs and 504 Plans
  • Provide direct and indirect counseling and support services to students
  • Serve as a resource for crisis intervention and prevention programs
  • Maintain detailed, confidential records and documentation in line with school and legal requirements
  • Support a climate of respect, inclusion, and equity within the school community
