Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field (required)
- Current and valid School Psychologist certification or licensure for Michigan
- Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Ability to conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
- Skilled in counseling techniques and crisis intervention
- Strong communication, consultation, and teaming skills with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:
- Conduct cognitive, behavioral, and emotional assessments for students as referred
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement intervention strategies
- Provide direct counseling, crisis management, and support services to students
- Participate in the development and review of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver professional insights to support behavioral and academic interventions
- Offer consultation and training to teachers and staff on learning and behavior support
- Monitor progress and contribute to ongoing student success initiatives
