Qualifications and Experience:

• Current School Psychologist licensure or eligibility in Michigan
• Proven experience supporting K-12 student populations
• Strong understanding of assessment tools, individualized education programs (IEPs), and intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice
• Ability to work independently and with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop effective interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings to design and tailor student plans
• Offer crisis intervention and consult with staff on behavioral or learning needs
• Assist in the implementation of RTI (Response to Intervention) models and strategies
