Key Qualifications:

• Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments, observations, and developing FBA/BIPs
• Familiarity with IEP processes, special education law, and advocacy for diverse learners
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to work effectively on multidisciplinary teams
• Flexible, resourceful, and compassionate professional approach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer psychological assessments and interpret test results to identify students learning or behavioral needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs and intervention strategies
• Provide consultation and resources to teachers and parents, supporting individualized student plans
• Deliver counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services as needed
• Monitor progress and document outcomes to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
• Collaborate with school personnel to foster safe, inclusive, and positive school climates
