Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Current and valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
  • Knowledge of special education regulations and IEP development
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and consultation abilities
  • Compassionate, detail-oriented, and culturally responsive

Role Responsibilities:

  • Administer assessments and provide evaluations to determine student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Develop intervention plans and guide implementation of evidence-based strategies
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to IEPs and 504 plans
  • Offer crisis intervention and counseling services to students as needed
  • Serve as a resource for staff on behavioral, learning, and emotional concerns
