Desired Qualifications:

• Hold a valid School Psychologist certification and state licensure
• Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience working with K-12 student populations
• Strong understanding of Response to Intervention (RTI), multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), and special education services
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to administer, score, and interpret a variety of assessments

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform cognitive, behavioral, and academic assessments
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators on intervention strategies
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
• Maintain detailed and confidential student records
• Support development and implementation of behavior management plans
• Serve as a resource on social-emotional learning and mental health issues
