A contract opportunity is available for a skilled School Psychologist to work in a school setting located in Humble, TX. This role focuses on supporting students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development by conducting psychological assessments and collaborating with educational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to identify student needs and guide intervention strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and support plans
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to promote positive educational outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all legal and ethical guidelines
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience with psychological assessment tools and educational interventions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
