Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in School Psychology (required)
• Active Michigan licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school environments
• Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and intervention techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficient in developing strategies tailored to diverse learning and behavioral needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students learning and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
• Deliver direct and indirect counseling and psychological services to students
• Consult with school teams to promote positive behavior and effective learning environments
• Assist with crisis intervention and provide recommendations for student support
• Maintain detailed and confidential records, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
