Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and special education procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work cooperatively with students of diverse backgrounds, parents, and school staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret findings for school teams and families
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services for students with academic, social-emotional, or behavioral concerns
• Participate actively in eligibility meetings and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Deliver staff and parent training on student mental health issues and interventions
• Support implementation of positive behavioral supports and social-emotional learning initiatives
• Maintain documentation and compliance in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements
