Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology required
• Valid and current state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Prior experience conducting assessments and writing comprehensive evaluations
• Strong knowledge of federal and state special education laws
• Exceptional communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience providing direct and indirect support to students across diverse backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform psycho-educational assessments, observations, and functional behavior analyses
• Deliver counseling, crisis intervention, and mediation services to students
• Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrative staff to develop effective interventions
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding student support services
• Provide recommendations for classroom accommodations and instructional strategies
• Monitor progress and assist with ongoing data collection and analysis
• Support a positive and inclusive school climate
