Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
• Current, valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting assessments, interpreting data, and creating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Response to Intervention (RTI), 504 plans, and special education laws preferred
• Practical experience in a school-based setting is strongly desired

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer psychological and educational assessments
• Participate in eligibility determinations, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver direct and consultative mental health services to students
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Collaborate with educators, families, and community resources to develop strategies and supports
• Document findings and maintain accurate case records in compliance with regulatory standards
