Qualifications:
- Licensure as a School Psychologist required
- Previous experience in K-12 settings preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a changing caseload
- Comfortable with virtual collaboration for meetings and interviews
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for students K-12
- Design and implement individualized intervention and support plans
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents
- Support the implementation of positive behavior strategies and mental health services
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with district/state guidelines
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Offer crisis intervention services as needed
