Qualifications:

• Masters degree from an accredited program in School Psychology or related field
• Current Kentucky license as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with students in elementary, middle, and/or high school environments
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with diverse learning needs and behavioral interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to assess cognitive, social-emotional, and behavioral functioning
• Interpret data and create recommendations for IEP or 504 plans
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Provide individual and group counseling as needed
• Deliver professional development or resources to educators on behavioral and academic interventions
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to collaborative decision-making
• Maintain timely and accurate records in accordance with state and federal guidelines
