A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to support educational settings in Holland, MI. This role involves working closely with students, educators, and families to assess and support the psychological and educational needs of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
- Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to individual students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with relevant regulations and policies
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid state certification or licensure to practice as a school psychologist
- Experience conducting assessments and interventions in school settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of special education laws and procedures
