A contract opportunity is available for an experienced School Psychologist to support student mental health and educational assessment needs in a school setting located in Hillsboro, OR. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional skilled in delivering psychological services within an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and support services to students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, offering expert recommendations and insights
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with school and state regulations
- Stay current with best practices and legal requirements related to school psychology
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist credential or certification
- Thorough knowledge of educational psychological assessment tools and techniques
