Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct student assessments and evaluations to determine eligibility for special services

• Provide short-term counseling and support for students facing academic, behavioral, or emotional challenges
• Lead or participate in crisis intervention and prevention initiatives within the school community
• Facilitate workshops, trainings, or parent meetings related to student development and mental health
• Maintain thorough, confidential documentation and comply with all district and state regulations
