Key Qualifications:
- Masters or specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid state certification or eligibility for certification as a School Psychologist
- Familiarity with school-based assessments, special education processes, and behavioral interventions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience working with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments to identify students strengths, needs, and eligibility for special education services
- Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop strategies that support student success
