Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current certification and licensure as a School Psychologist
• Demonstrated experience conducting assessments, developing interventions, and writing evaluation reports in a school setting
• Strong understanding of educational and behavioral assessment tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, student-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments for students referred for evaluation
• Develop and recommend evidence-based intervention strategies to address students academic, social, and emotional needs
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Serve as a resource for teachers and staff on student learning, behavior, and mental health
• Provide direct or consultative services to support student well-being and classroom success
• Assist in implementing and monitoring progress of intervention strategies
• Maintain all required documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
