Desired Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in School Psychology
• Valid certification or license in School Psychology
• Experience conducting psychological assessments and writing reports
• Knowledge of multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and special education processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to build rapport with students and staff alike

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive psychological evaluations for students referred for assessment
• Interpret results and create actionable, student-centered recommendations
• Support development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Offer crisis intervention and counseling as needed
• Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to promote positive learning environments
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
• Help lead efforts in prevention, intervention, and program development
