Job Description

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Valid Maryland School Psychologist License required
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to support student learning
  • Provide individual and group counseling to address academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in developing and implementing IEPs and other individualized support plans
  • Deliver crisis intervention and consultation services as needed
  • Support positive behavioral interventions and mental health initiatives within the school community
  • Engage in data-driven decision making to ensure the success of all students
