Key Qualifications:
- Valid Maryland School Psychologist license required
- Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Familiarity with assessment tools, individualized education plans, and multi-tiered support systems
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results for eligibility and intervention planning
- Consult with teachers, counselors, and families to develop and implement individualized strategies
- Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, offering expertise to support the development of students educational plans
- Deliver crisis intervention and support as needed, promoting mental wellness across the school community
- Maintain thorough documentation in alignment with legal and ethical guidelines
- Contribute to systems-level planning to help foster inclusive, supportive school environments
