Desired Qualifications:
- Valid TN School Psychologist license (required)
- Experience in providing psychological assessments, counseling, and interventions within a K-12 setting is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexible approach and commitment to evidence-based practices
- Willingness to collaborate with various educational professionals
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized educational and behavioral intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote student well-being
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Provide crisis intervention and professional guidance to support students emotional needs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with applicable regulations
