Title: School Psychologist
Employment Type: Full-time | Contract | Next School Year
Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week (onsite preferred; virtual candidates considered)
Job Description: An excellent opportunity is available for a School Psychologist supporting a district-wide caseload. This full-time role starts August 2026, through May 2027, and serves students across multiple schools within a K12 setting. The position offers flexibility with a strong preference for onsite support, though virtual candidates will also be considered. The psychologist will play a key role in evaluation, collaboration, and supporting special education processes, working closely with educators and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success.
Qualifications:
- Active Georgia School Psychologist license
- Prior experience working in Georgia school systems required
- Proficiency with Go IEP system
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage responsibilities across multiple schools
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and support student assessment processes (academic testing completed by Educational Diagnostician)
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing clear and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with special education teachers and multidisciplinary teams across several school sites
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district timelines
- Manage caseload effectively while meeting all reporting and deadline requirements
