Key Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds
• Preferred: Experience with counseling and behavioral interventions in school settings

Role Expectations:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary teams to develop and review IEPs
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students as needed
• Advise staff and families regarding learning, behavior, and mental health concerns
• Support crisis prevention and response efforts within the school community
• Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes
• Document all services and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state regulations
