Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Masters or Doctoral degree from an accredited program in School Psychology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Prior experience in K-12 educational environments preferred
- Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and special education processes
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while providing high-quality, student-centered services
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment results
- Develop and implement intervention strategies and recommendations
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop IEPs and 504 plans
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student learning and behavioral concerns
- Facilitate small group or individual counseling sessions as appropriate
- Track student progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation
