We are seeking a dedicated and student-centered School Psychologist to support a district near Gurnee for the upcoming school year. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while collaborating with a supportive team of educators and specialists.
Position Details:
- Location: Near Gurnee, IL
- Schedule: Full-time, school-based
- Start Date: Upcoming school year
- Caseload: K12 (specifics discussed during interview)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations
- Interpret assessment data and develop comprehensive reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Provide consultation and support for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Assist in developing and implementing intervention strategies
Qualifications:
- Active Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement required
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
