Key Qualifications:

• Hold current licensure in South Dakota as a School Psychologist
• Masters degree or higher in Psychology, School Psychology, or a related field
• Experience working with students in grades K-12 (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Open to varying caseloads and students needs
• Will consider applications from qualified interns in school psychology programs
• Demonstrates a collaborative and communicative working style
• Previous experience or practicum in South Dakota educational settings is a strong advantage

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students referred for psychological services
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create and implement intervention strategies
• Develop, monitor, and assess Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct and indirect support to students facing academic, behavioral, or emotional challenges
• Serve as a resource for school staff on mental health and learning issues
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support overall student well-being
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
