Desired Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctorate in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Current and valid state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist
• Solid grasp of conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
• Experience developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and collaborative abilities
• Familiarity with legal and ethical guidelines for school-based practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Deliver crisis intervention and counseling services as required
• Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote positive educational outcomes
• Provide consultation on academic and behavioral interventions for students across grade levels
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and recommend supports
