Essential Qualifications:

• Valid license or certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience working within K-12 educational settings
• Strong understanding of multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) frameworks
• Proficiency in conducting psychoeducational assessments, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), and providing crisis intervention
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess cognitive, academic, behavioral, and emotional development

• Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP development, and progress monitoring
• Support students social-emotional growth through counseling, behavior plans, and skill-building sessions
• Deliver professional development and guidance to staff regarding mental health, learning differences, and behavior management
• Maintain detailed, accurate records and complete required documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Serve as a resource for crisis response and participate in school-wide initiatives that promote positive school climate
