Job Description
Seeking skilled and compassionate school psychologists to support students by providing high-quality assessment and direct services across multiple school sites. This contract opportunity offers flexibility, as were looking for one professional for in-person or hybrid support and another for remote (VOCO) assessment delivery. Youll make a critical impact in helping students access educational resources, working closely with staff and families to facilitate positive outcomes.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Hold an active Colorado School Psychologist License (CDE required)
- Demonstrated expertise in evaluating and reassessing school-age children
- Solid understanding of IEP processes, MTSS/RTI, and special education requirements
- Effective communicator, adept at collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- For remote/VOCO role: Comfortable with virtual platforms and technology-based assessments
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological reevaluations: up to 70 per year for remote/VOCO and approximately 45 yearly for in-person/hybrid roles
- Deliver direct services to students as needed (for in-person/hybrid position)
- Analyze assessment results, prepare detailed reports, and participate in eligibility meetings
- Support the development and implementation of student intervention plans
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with district and state requirements
- Collaborate proactively to facilitate successful educational planning and student well-being
