A full-time, in-person School Psychologist opportunity is available in Camden, SC, serving a K-12 caseload in a school setting on a W2 contract basis. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional experienced in providing psychological services to students within a K-12 environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students across K-12 grade levels
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
- Provide consultation and support to school personnel regarding student mental health and behavioral concerns
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of student support programs
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and comply with professional and ethical standards in school psychology
Qualifications:
- Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with diverse K-12 student populations
- Strong skills in psychological assessment, data interpretation, and report writing
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices
