Key Qualifications:

  • Current Nebraska BCBA credentials (required)
  • Licensed or certified as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings
  • Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and counseling
  • Effective communicator, able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to ethical, student-centered practices

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans (behavioral and academic)
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to foster student success
  • Provide counseling, consultation, and support to students and staff
  • Lead and participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive school culture
