Key Qualifications:
- Current Nebraska BCBA credentials (required)
- Licensed or certified as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and counseling
- Effective communicator, able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to ethical, student-centered practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans (behavioral and academic)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to foster student success
- Provide counseling, consultation, and support to students and staff
- Lead and participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive school culture
