Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in School Psychology or related field required
• Valid Michigan School Psychologist licensure
• Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school populations preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Proficient in developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and conducting psychoeducational evaluations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess and identify students needs
• Develop and implement IEPs and behavioral intervention plans
• Provide individual and group counseling services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote academic and social-emotional success
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress
• Serve as an advocate for students, ensuring equitable access to educational support
• Engage in continuous professional development and remain current on best practices within school psychology
