Job Description

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in School Psychology or related discipline required
  • Current and valid Louisiana School Psychologist license (LSSP)
  • Experience working in school environments at any or all grade levels: elementary, middle, and high
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform student assessments, interpret data, and recommend interventions

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Conducting psychological and educational assessments for students referred for evaluation
  • Delivering targeted interventions and counseling services
  • Providing consultation and support to teachers and staff on effective behavioral and academic strategies
  • Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating on student support plans
  • Assisting in crisis intervention and promoting safe, inclusive school environments
  • Engaging families in the evaluation process and ongoing support for their child
