Job Description

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid Colorado School Psychologist license required
  • Licensure or eligibility with Colorado Department of Education as a School Social Worker or Mental Health Counselor preferred
  • Experience working within PreK-12 educational settings
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide psychological assessments and direct support to PreK-12 students
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Contribute to the development and review of IEPs, behavior intervention plans, and 504 Plans
  • Facilitate small group and one-on-one counseling sessions
  • Connect students and families with community and school-based mental health resources
  • Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state regulations
