Job Description

Make a positive impact in the lives of K-12 students as a School Psychologist in a supportive contract role located conveniently near Gig Harbor, WA. This part-time, in-person position runs throughout the 2026-2027 academic year (from late August through mid-June), providing a fantastic opportunity to work directly with students and educators.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Washington State School Psychologist license required
  • Previous experience in K-12 school settings preferred
  • Comfortable working as part of a team to address diverse student needs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to provide in-person services; virtual (VOCO) options are not available for this position

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct psychological services to K-12 students as assigned
  • Conduct assessments, provide counseling, and develop interventions to support student success
  • Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to create positive educational outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized education plans
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to all local and state guidelines
