Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in School Psychology or closely related field
  • Active and valid Nevada School Psychologist license
  • Experience supporting K12 student populations, with flexibility to serve across elementary, middle, and high school settings
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in assessments, counseling, and intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments, testing, and data analysis to identify students academic, social, and emotional needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and outside professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support to students
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, offering expertise to guide educational strategies and interventions
  • Maintain detailed and confidential student records in compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations
  • Support school staff with evidence-based strategies that contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment
