Job Description

Make a meaningful impact supporting K12 students as an onsite school psychologist in a dynamic Texas district for the 20262027 academic year. This contract opportunity involves itinerant services, collaborating closely with educators and staff to conduct essential evaluations and reassessments, ultimately aiding students academic, emotional, and social success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Hold an active Texas School Psychologist license
  • Previous experience in school settings, with proficiency in conducting psychological evaluations, reevaluations, and related assessments
  • Comfortable working across diverse caseloads, spanning Kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus but not essential
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite psychological and psychoeducational services, ensuring comprehensive, high-quality support
  • Administer and interpret evaluations, assessments, and reevaluations following district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to develop and review individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Consult with staff on academic or behavioral interventions and offer crisis support as needed
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal requirements
