Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience in K-12 schools strongly preferred
• Solid grounding in psychological assessment tools and interpretation
• Knowledge of special education laws and Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to provide culturally sensitive services in a diverse school community

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and educational assessments of students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns
• Contribute to multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and review IEPs
• Deliver individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to design interventions and accommodations supporting student development
• Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with confidentiality guidelines and district policies
• Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) or Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) efforts within the school
