Key Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Active and valid certification/license for school psychology in Florida
- Proven experience working within K-12 settings
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Excellent communication abilities with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and ongoing professional development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret findings for multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and support tailored interventions for academic, social, and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with educators, counselors, and administrators to develop IEPs and 504 plans
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Maintain clear, confidential documentation and reporting of all activities
- Work closely with families to foster engagement and support for student success
