Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students growth and well-being within a school community near Franklin, VA. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact during the 2026-2027 academic year, working closely with students, educators, and families to foster positive outcomes.

Your schedule will run from August through May, with 37.5 hours per week (8:45 am to 3:45 pm). Assignments and caseloads are flexible and can be tailored to your interests and expertise.

What You'll Do:

• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments, testing, and diagnostic exams for students.
• Provide informed recommendations to empower students in overcoming learning barriers and psychological challenges.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, supporting emotional, behavioral, and social skill growth.
• Assist in the identification and placement of students requiring specialized support.
• Design and implement behavior modification strategies tailored to individual student needs.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other educational staff members.
• Keep accurate records and compose detailed progress reports.
