Job Description

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students and educators as a School Psychologist for a midsize caseload in a vibrant school community near Franklin, IN. This contract role spans the academic year from August 2026 through June 2027, offering 37.5 hours per week onsite. You'll play a key part in promoting students' well-being through participation in evaluations, eligibility meetings, and ongoing collaboration with staff and families.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid Indiana School Psychologist license
  • Prior experience serving as a school psychologist or interventionist
  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining confidential records
  • Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative, team-driven environments
  • Skilled communicator with students, staff, and families
  • Flexible, solution-focused approach to daily tasks and challenges

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess student needs and support educational planning
  • Actively participate in multidisciplinary eligibility meetings
  • Work closely with educators, staff, and families to develop effective interventions
  • Maintain and organize sensitive student records in strict confidence
  • Provide consultation on behavioral, academic, and emotional issues affecting student success
  • Foster a supportive atmosphere to promote positive educational outcomes
