Key Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Demonstrated experience in administering psychoeducational evaluations
- Skilled in providing direct counseling and intervention services to school-age children
- Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate findings effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs
- Ability to efficiently manage caseloads and maintain thorough documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete timely and accurate psychoeducational assessments
- Deliver direct counseling and intervention strategies tailored to individual students
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding students academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Participate in meetings, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and contribute to eligibility determinations
- Support the creation and implementation of positive behavioral plans and interventions
- Maintain compliance with all school district, state, and federal regulations
