Exciting opportunities are available for dedicated School Psychologists to provide essential onsite support for the upcoming academic year. This contract role spans August through May, with potential planning days at the start and end of the school year, and offers both full-time and potential part-time options based on your availability.
Responsibilities include collaborating with educators and support staff to deliver comprehensive psychological services, conducting assessments, and developing interventions tailored to students individual needs. You will be documenting services daily using logs as part of best practices, and your input will help shape student success.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Active Georgia Educator Certification for School Psychology is required
- Previous experience as a School Psychologist in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, teachers, and families
- Comfortable completing and maintaining daily service logs as part of routine documentation
- Flexibility in caseload assignment, with opportunities to discuss preferred age groups or experience level during interviews
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and create intervention plans
- Collaborate with other professionals to support students emotional, social, and academic growth
- Participate actively in team meetings and provide recommendations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided
This is an onsite position, and virtual candidates will not be considered.
