We're seeking seven dedicated professionals to serve full-time for the upcoming academic year. This contract position focuses on providing exceptional psychological services and support within a welcoming educational setting.
Youll collaborate with students, staff, and families, helping foster an environment where every learner can thrive. Assignments are personalizedduring interviews, you can discuss your preferred age group and experiences to ensure the best placement for your skills.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Georgia Educator Certification in School Psychology required
- Previous experience as a school psychologist within educational settings preferred
- Strong documentation and organizational skills; daily service logs are essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
- Commitment to onsite work for the duration of the contract (teletherapy/remote not permitted)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to support student development
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create positive plans for student growth
- Develop and implement intervention strategies and individualized programs
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Maintain accurate daily documentation of all services delivered
- Engage actively with school teams to promote mental wellness and a supportive climate
This academic year placement runs August 3rd, 2026 May 21st, 2027, with potential pre- and post-planning days. Both full-time (37.5 hours/week minimum) and part-time candidates are encouraged to apply, dependent on availability.
